Standing Stone will work with your organization to ensure that safety, security, and emergency response-related policies and procedures are comprehensive, meet all laws and regulations, and are compatible with your physical site, climate, culture, and resources. 

Write, review and reorganization, and follow up, with support to your organization and facility. Our consultants will identify items from an existing plan, if any, for inclusion in the updated EOP, recommend areas that need improvement, and then review the Plan with the Organization. Your EOP will be tailored to your specific facility's culture and resources.  When completed your organization will have greater legal coverage, and the ability to further plan and train, and each person will know their role and be competent in how they or should act within their role during an emergency.

For school districts, Standing Stone will review and reorganize your current EOP so that it meets State (PEMA), Federal (FEMA), and Department of Education safe schools planning requirements.
